- Own HS&E roadmap for Omni operations with business cases and KPI tracking.

- Improve inspections/audits and CAPA; drive timely corrective actions and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in safety/health or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years HS&E experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to build and operate HS&E programs across multi-site environments.
- Proven project leadership delivering initiatives from concept to sustainment with KPI attainment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to influence site and senior leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with HS&E metrics, audits, and CAPA systems.
- OSHA 40 Hour General Industry Certification
