Senior Manager, Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) – Omni Facilities

📋 Description

• Lead HS&E strategy for five Omni facilities; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own the HS&E roadmap; deliver high-impact initiatives end-to-end.
• Strengthen core programs: Hazard Communication, Emergency Action Planning, Walking_Working_Surfaces, PPE.
• Improve inspections, audits, actions; drive corrective closure; report trends to leadership.
• Develop site emergency prep, evacuation routes, drills; coordinate Safety Warden/ERS.
• Build scalable training matrix; ensure role-based training and records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years HS&E experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Build and operationalize HS&E programs across multiple sites; warehouse/office knowledge.
• Proven project leadership delivering initiatives with clear KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; influence leaders and frontline adoption.
• Strong analytical skills; HS&E metrics, audits, CAPA systems.
• OSHA 40-Hour General Industry Certification.
