- 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading GTM/revenue systems teams.
- Deep technical fluency across Salesforce, CPQ, reporting, data modeling, and integration.
- Track record turning business objectives into systems strategy and roadmap; strong communication.
- Experience managing and developing technical ICs, including hiring and performance mgmt.
- GTM tools: LeanData, ZoomInfo, Ironclad, Marketo; plus iPaaS experience.
- Salesforce Admin Certification required; additional certifications a plus.
