🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in revenue or sales ops in B2B SaaS/high-growth tech
  • 3–5 years leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and GTM tech ecosystem
  • Experience scaling revenue processes across the lifecycle
  • Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, ACV, CAC, LTV, retention
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
