  • Own Salesforce end-to-end: data model, workflows, automations, integrations, governance
  • Audit current Salesforce and lead a meaningful rebuild where required
  • Continuously optimize the GTM stack across marketing, sales, post-sales and channels
  • Translate GTM workflows into durable logic: lead routing, opportunities, enrichment, renewals
  • Govern CRM data quality: deduplication, account hierarchies, field hygiene, attribution integrity
  • Proactively identify agentic automation opportunities across GTM systems

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or CRM Architecture in growth B2B SaaS
  • Deep Salesforce expertise: built or rebuilt an instance, not only administered
  • Working knowledge of Outreach and HubSpot, and GTM stack around Salesforce
  • A systems thinker who designs for scale, stability, and future automation
  • Comfortable as auditor, architect, and executor: assess, design, and build fixes
  • Curious about AI applications to GTM workflows and automation
