- Act as finance partner to Sales & Marketing leadership for day-to-day decisions.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for Sales & Marketing: revenue, headcount, budgets.
- Build capacity and productivity models to inform hiring pace and targets.
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate channel investments for pipeline & revenue.
- Support pricing, deal evaluation, and GTM analyses.
- Elevate GTM forecasting and reporting; improve ARR & revenue models.
π― Requirements
- 6+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance/GTM finance.
- Experience supporting Sales & Marketing in B2B SaaS or usage-based.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel and Google Sheets).
- Deep SaaS and sales metrics knowledge (ARR, pipeline, CAC, LTV).
- Experience building headcount and capacity models.
- SQL or large data experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Experience in high-growth startups, PLG, or scaling sales is a plus.
