Drive automation and AI across revenue workflows using AI agents and Salesforce tooling.
Partner with Revenue leaders to translate strategy into engineering work.
Define discovery, quality, and impact metrics for GTM projects.
Recruit, develop, and retain GTM Engineers; stay hands-on.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in revenue ops, Salesforce dev, or technical GTM roles.
People leadership experience; own and grow a team.
Deep Salesforce expertise: Flow, Apex, APIs; durable solutions.
Automation platforms (Zapier/Workato/Blinkops) and scripting (Python/JS).
Experience with AI agent tooling (Claude Code) in live workflows.
Proven impact from automation in revenue workflows (routing, Q2C, forecasting).
