🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years managing Incentive Compensation in the high-tech sector; ops oversight and governance
  • End-to-end GTM ICM process: role, quota, coverage, crediting, calculations, payment
  • Understanding interdependencies within the end-to-end GTM ICM process
  • Knowledge of sales territory planning; TAM/SAM/SOM and account scoring preferred
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask in deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Anaplan; working with ICM platforms (Callidus, Xactly) required
