🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Incentive Compensation in high-tech
- ICM administration and dependencies knowledge
- Territory planning familiarity (TAM/SAM/SOM)
- Multitask in deadline-driven, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Anaplan Platform and ICM tools (Anaplan, Callidus, Xactly)
