🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Incentive Compensation programs in high-tech, focusing on ops and governance.
  • Strong command of end-to-end GTM IC process: quotas, coverage, credits, calculations.
  • Practical understanding of interdependencies in end-to-end GTM IC processes.
  • Familiarity with sales territory and coverage planning (TAM/SAM/SOM, account scoring).
  • Highly motivated, able to multitask in deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Anaplan and ICM platforms (Anaplan, Callidus, Xactly) required.
