🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Business Systems with commerce-to-cash ownership.
- 8+ years of people leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative across teams.
- Strong technical fluency: Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash, including Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems.
