  • Own acquisition across Paid Search and Paid Social (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok).
  • Manage budget allocation, pacing, and channel mix to hit CAC targets.
  • Build a prospect and customer first creative story that resonates and converts.
  • Continuously optimize campaign structure, bidding, and audience targeting.
  • Drive funnel improvements from impression to trial to paid conversion.
  • Partner with Product and CRO teams to improve landing page performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance marketing or growth with direct acquisition accountability.
  • Deep Google Ads expertise; strong Paid Social experience (Meta required, TikTok preferred).
  • Experience in DTC, subscription, or SMB growth.
  • Strong analytical skills; diagnose performance across the funnel.
  • Understands full funnel economics CAC CVR and LTV.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands on; bias for testing.
  • Experience partnering with Product Analytics and Creative teams with data driven communication.
