- Experience in DTC, subscription, or SMB growth.
- Strong analytical skills; diagnose performance across the funnel.
- Understands full funnel economics CAC CVR and LTV.
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands on; bias for testing.
- Experience partnering with Product Analytics and Creative teams with data driven communication.
