🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or sales ops with ownership.
  • Proven track record building/scaling chat or live engagement channels.
  • Deep funnel optimization, lead routing, and conversion analytics across web/product.
  • Strong analytical skills; dashboards, experiments, data-driven insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing.
  • Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools; AI-aware.
