- 8+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or sales ops with ownership.
- Proven track record building/scaling chat or live engagement channels.
- Deep funnel optimization, lead routing, and conversion analytics across web/product.
- Strong analytical skills; dashboards, experiments, data-driven insights.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing.
- Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools; AI-aware.
