📋 Description

  • Lead and develop Government Solutions Engineers for complex federal sales.
  • Own end-to-end pre-sales for U.S. Government (architecture, demos, RFP/RFI).
  • Advise customers on mission, compliance, risk.
  • Translate regulatory, security, and procurement requirements into scalable designs.
  • Collaborate with Gov Sales, Product, Eng, CS to align needs with roadmap.
  • Establish best practices and standards for government pursuits.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, data integrations, or enterprise architecture (US Gov).
  • Experience leading pre-sales teams in SaaS, data, AI, or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, DFARS, ITAR, and related standards.
  • Hands-on data ingestion, integration, APIs, cloud platforms, and analytics.
  • Experience supporting complex multi-stakeholder RFP cycles, demos, and POCs.
  • Translate complex tech into mission-focused value for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with SCRM, third-party risk, cybersecurity risk frameworks, and data-sharing.
  • US citizenship required; active clearance or ability to obtain is preferred.
