π― Requirements

- 4+ years as people manager of BSEs and/or full-stack engineers.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Hubspot CRM.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, API-driven workflows, and low-code automation.
- Development experience with Salesforce Apex and HubSpot Workflows (Python/JS).
- Deep understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes.
