📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a multi-year workplace experience strategy aligned with Faire’s mission.
  • Design office environments and programming to foster collaboration, belonging, and culture.
  • Lead global workplace experience initiatives across offices to drive engagement.
  • Partner with People, IT, Finance, and Leadership to align workplaces with Faire’s values.
  • Lead expansions, relocations, renovations, and build-outs with partners.
  • Oversee timelines, contracts, vendor negotiations, and budget planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading workplace strategy and operations in a high-growth tech company with global offices.
  • Experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites.
  • Strong project management, including office expansions or moves.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with event planning and production, both in-office and offsite.
