🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years sourcing or supply chain exp; electronics/fitness products preferred.
- Experience managing global suppliers/CMs (Asia) and strong analytical/communication skills.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations, cost mgmt, and cross-functional projects.
- Willing to travel internationally: China, Vietnam, Mexico up to 25%.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
🎁 Benefits
- Pay Range: $95,000 – $115,000 USD
- At-will employment; varies by location and incentive plan.
