Senior Manager - Global Services Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Own global services revenue operations across the end-to-end O2C lifecycle.
• Lead and develop a team of 4+ revenue analysts.
• Advise on billings, revenue, and ops best practices.
• Oversee month-end close, SOW reviews, and invoicing.
• Drive process excellence through documentation, standardization, and change management.
• Identify and implement automation (Alteryx, Sigma, Gemini) to reduce manual effort.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 7+ years in revenue operations, accounting, finance, or related role.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Strong learning agility to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
• Systems-savvy with experience supporting or leading system implementations or integrations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to operate in ambiguity.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented problem solver who drives outcomes and collaborates.
