📋 Description

• Lead and develop a payroll team; ensure performance.
• US payroll: multi-state processing for all employees.
• Manage international payroll with vendors; mobility taxes.
• Payroll accounting: post journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws; coordinate audits.
• Drive process improvements and payroll system upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years progressive payroll leadership.
• 3+ years leading direct reports.
• US multi-state and global payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, SOX, and GAAP.
• Global tax, pensions, and equity transactions knowledge.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, NetSuite, and G-Suite.
