• 8+ years payroll experience; 5+ years global payroll in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing payroll across North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
• Senior payroll leadership experience.
• Experience with payroll vendors and platform tech; Workday knowledge.
• Experience leading global payroll teams.
• Analytical, big-picture thinker with adaptability.
