Modernize monitoring and unify dashboards across the stack.

🎯 Requirements

10–12+ years in enterprise infrastructure/networking.
4+ years leading teams; hiring and performance mgmt.
Proven multi-site ops with high availability.
Strong incident leadership, RCAs, and change control.
RF/wireless: Aruba Central, Aruba switching, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto ION.
Monitoring/observability experience; Dynatrace or similar.
