- 8-12+ years in global mobility, immigration, relocation, or related HR operations with progression.
- Deep expertise in employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, PERM, EU Blue Card, etc).
- Experience partnering with external immigration counsel and managing attorney relationships.
- Strong understanding of global mobility practices, including relocation, cross-border employment, and compliance.
- Manage complex multi-country mobility cases with high accuracy.
- Strong business acumen balancing compliance, cost, candidate experience, and hiring urgency.
