  • Own end-to-end immigration operations with external counsel across geographies.
  • Primary internal contact for complex immigration matters (HRBPs, TA, leaders).

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in global mobility, immigration, relocation, or related HR operations with progression.
  • Deep expertise in employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, PERM, EU Blue Card, etc).
  • Experience partnering with external immigration counsel and managing attorney relationships.
  • Strong understanding of global mobility practices, including relocation, cross-border employment, and compliance.
  • Manage complex multi-country mobility cases with high accuracy.
  • Strong business acumen balancing compliance, cost, candidate experience, and hiring urgency.
