🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in stock plan administration, including global/public companies.
- Experience with international equity plans, M&A integration, and Compensation Committee.
- Strong ownership mindset; self-motivated, reliable, and deadline-driven.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking; cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear communications for all levels.
- CEP certification preferred; advanced Excel; knowledge of Workday, ADP, Schwab Equiview a plus.
