Senior Manager, Global Equity Programs

📋 Description

• Administer Lyft's global equity programs: awards, grants, exercises, and issuances.
• Drive automation of Schwab Equiview across Workday and ADP.
• Develop and deliver employee education on equity mechanics and financial wellness.
• Support SOX compliance and document key controls efficiently.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and People to tailor international equity programs.
• Coordinate with payroll for tax withholding on equity proceeds.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of stock plan administration experience, including with public companies globally.
• Experience with international equity plans (incl. M&A) and Compensation Committee support.
• Owner mindset; self-motivated, reliable, flexible; able to drive progress under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; cross-functional relationship-building; bias toward action.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into simple communications; effective with all levels.
• CEP certification preferred; strong Excel; familiarity with Workday, ADP, Schwab Equiview.
