🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in stock plan administration, including global/public company experience.
- Experience partnering with Total Rewards on international equity plans (incl. M&A).
- Owner mindset: self-motivated, reliable, and able to drive progress under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with cross-functional relationship building.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into simple communications.
- Excellent communication with colleagues at all levels.
