Senior Manager, Global Equity

📋 Description

• Own and scale global equity programs end-to-end across all award types.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People to scale processes.
• Lead public-company equity duties: SEC reporting, insider trading, audit controls.
• Oversee full equity lifecycle: grants, vesting, exercises, releases, pool mgmt.
• Design and optimize equity systems, incl. Shareworks integrations with payroll/HRIS.
• Act as advisor for complex equity matters to senior leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in stock plan administration, in fast-growth environments.
• CEP certification preferred.
• Deep expertise in global equity across legal, tax, payroll.
• Experience designing/implementing an ESPP.
• Experience scaling equity to private-to-public readiness or public ops.
• Advanced analytics and Shareworks (or equivalent) expertise.
• Influence cross-functionally with senior leaders.
• Resourceful and hands-on.
