Senior Manager Global Capacity and Operational Planning (Community Support)

📋 Description

• Lead demand forecasting across Global Operations teams and channels.
• Design and maintain forecasting models using time series and ML.
• Analyze trend, seasonality, variance; detect anomalies.
• Lead scenario planning for peak demand and launches.
• Establish model governance: docs, validation, back-testing.
• Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards with Analytics/Data Eng.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in demand forecasting, capacity planning, or analytics.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's in math/stats/OR/engineering/economics/data science.
• Strong probability, statistics, and optimization.
• Hands-on forecasting models: time series, ARIMA, exponential smoothing.
• SQL/Python/Tableau; experience with WFM tools or Anaplan.
