  • Experience with multinational brokers (Mercer, WTW, Aon) and global pooling.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and statutory benefits.
  • \n
  • Strong financial acumen in cost forecasting and trend analysis.
  • \n
  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts.
