- 7+ years in global benefits/Total Rewards across multi-country programs. \n
- Strong knowledge of global health, welfare, retirement, and risk benefits. \n
- Experience with multinational brokers (Mercer, WTW, Aon) and global pooling. \n
- Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and statutory benefits. \n
- Strong financial acumen in cost forecasting and trend analysis. \n
- Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts. \n
