Senior Manager, GBS Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead and scale accounting operations within CoreWeave's GBS Accounting.
• Oversee payroll accounting and incentive accruals with People Ops and FP&A.
• Oversee commissions accounting, including accruals and calculations.
• Ensure SOX-compliant controls and R2R process improvements.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage and scale offshore/nearshore accounting teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including shared services leadership.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or global teams.
• Experience overseeing payroll accounting and incentive accruals with People Operations and FP&A.
• Experience overseeing commissions accounting, including calculations, accruals, and coordination with Sales Operations.
• Offshore/nearshore accounting teams experience (Costa Rica or similar).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and R2R processes.
