🎯 Requirements

- Start-up/fintech experience in fast-moving environments
- Experienced people manager; led fraud or risk teams
- Domain expertise in fraud patterns and judgment
- Fluency in payment rails and regulatory frameworks: ACH, Reg E, Reg CC
- Builder mindset to scale a function from early stages
