- Strong financial modeling and understanding of financial statements
- Deep familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning
- Comfort turning ambiguity into structured processes
- Strong communication to translate analyses into decision-ready insights
- Ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
