- Collaborate to enhance Adaptive Planning and financial systems
- Identify AI-driven solutions to improve FP&A speed and accuracy
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis with leadership experience
- Strong topline/revenue FP&A; ownership of forecasting and KPI reporting
- Experience mentoring teams; track record developing talent
- FinTech/Software/SaaS exp; subscription revenue/cohorts a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Self-motivated problem solver with bias for action
- Excellent verbal and written communication; synthesize insights
- Outstanding analytical skills; derive actionable insights from data
- Proven partnership with all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills; build trusted relationships
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Adaptive Planning experience a plus
