- Drive financial discipline in resource allocation, headcount, PO management, and spend tracking.
- Lead recurring reviews with product pillars on bookings, P&L results, and budgets.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; Master's a plus.
- Minimum 7 years in Finance/Accounting with forecasting, analytics, and modeling; tech background a plus.
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication for interacting with financial and non-financial management.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, organization; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong focus on quality and deadlines.
