Senior Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own exec-level financial reporting, dashboards, and Board presentations.
• Lead annual planning, cross-functional consolidation, leadership materials.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and long-range outlooks.
• Support FP&A with sophisticated financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Lead monthly close with Budget vs Actual review.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate FP&A or strategic finance; investment banking/consulting preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling, building models from scratch.
• Strong analytical/communication skills; exec-ready insights.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning systems.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Leads planning, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
