Senior Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Provide financial support to leaders; set targets and track actuals.
• Oversee programs that improve overall financial performance.
• Prepare ROI analyses; quantify initiative impact in projections.
• Validate economics of strategic transactions, partnerships, and vendor deals.
• Propose and improve FP&A processes and governance.
• Present monthly/quarterly results with management commentary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting or equivalent.
• 6+ years of finance experience including FP&A.
• 4+ years budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling.
• 4+ years partnering with C-level executives.
