Senior Manager Forward Deployed Engineers

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers for customers using W&B Weave.
• Own delivery quality and customer outcomes by scoping engagements and success criteria.
• Drive technical excellence by standardizing practices and producing reusable assets.
• Create a strong product feedback loop with field learnings to influence roadmap.
• Run FDE operations by defining metrics and coordinating escalations and handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering background with expertise in Python and ML/AI frameworks.
• Hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Customer-facing experience in technical consulting or solutions engineering.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
