🎯 Requirements

- 7+ years in Quality/Operations/External Manufacturing/CI/FS within CPG.
- Experience with co-manufacturers, suppliers, or external networks.
- Strong HACCP, Food Safety Plan, GMPs/GLPs, and GFSI knowledge (SQF/BRC/FSSC 22000).
- Lead audits, risk assessments, investigations, and performance improvement.
- Travel up to 40% to co-man sites and NB facilities.
- MS in a technical field; ASQ CQE/CQA/CMQ/OE.
- Accredited auditor certification (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001).
