📋 Description

  • Lead QFS programs across Nature’s Bakery manufacturing network.
  • Establish and strengthen QFS systems to protect the brand and performance.
  • Serve as technical advisor to Operations, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Drive continuous improvement, CAPA, and process capability across sites.
  • Develop network-level QFS KPIs, scorecards, and governance processes.
  • Manage co-manufacturing quality governance and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, technology, microbiology, engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years in Quality/Operations/External Manufacturing/CI/FS within CPG.
  • Experience with co-manufacturers, suppliers, or external networks.
  • Strong HACCP, Food Safety Plan, GMPs/GLPs, and GFSI knowledge (SQF/BRC/FSSC 22000).
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, investigations, and performance improvement.
  • Travel up to 40% to co-man sites and NB facilities.
  • MS in a technical field; ASQ CQE/CQA/CMQ/OE.
  • Accredited auditor certification (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001).
