  • Lead site-level food safety strategy for high-volume production.
  • Serve as primary authority for regulators and audits.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • HACCP, PCQI, and/or Certified Food Safety Manager credentials.
  • 7+ years in food safety, quality, or regulatory leadership in high-compliance environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading food safety programs at scale in complex, high-growth ops.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, local regulations, preventive controls, and HACCP.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
