📋 Description

• Modernize reporting with AI integration using ChatGPT, Codex, and tools.
• Own end-to-end GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
• Drive audit readiness and external auditor coordination.
• Lead close-to-reporting tie-outs with source reconciliation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, IR.
• Translate complex accounting into clear disclosures and memos.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 4+ in external reporting.
• Hands-on with financial reporting and ERP systems (Workiva, Oracle).
• Strong track record owning end-to-end reporting, audit-ready outputs.
• Project management and clear communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Active CPA license with deep technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience researching standards and preparing technical memos.
