🎯 Requirements

7+ years with financial institutions, card schemes, and payment networks.
Strong attention to detail and relationship-building; compliance onboarding knowledge.
Experience with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commercial).
International experience across multiple markets or cross-border relationships.
Proven track record in tech-led, fast-paced environments.
Excellent communicator; connects with stakeholders and manages expectations.
