📋 Description

• Lead, scale, and transform financial operations across Finance, Accounting, and partners.
• Build and mentor a high-performing distributed team including offshore resources.
• Leverage data, systems, and automation to drive efficiency and growth.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs to drive accountability and operational excellence.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Technology to implement strong controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across end-to-end workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in financial operations, accounting, or fintech.
• Led global teams including offshore resources with SLA/KPI delivery.
• Drove process improvements, system implementations, or large-scale transformations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, data tools, and spreadsheet modeling; ERP and automation platforms preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and people management, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
