🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain; 10+ years in FP&A/SCF in aerospace.
- Deep understanding of MRP/MES, BOM, inventory management, and cost accounting.
- Proven ability to build financial models with cost curves and scaling.
- Experience with variance analysis, cost reconciliation, root-cause analyses.
- Proven ability to resolve data integrity issues in ERP/MRP.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for technical-to-non-technical audiences.
