🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Finance, Strategy, Ops, or Chief of Staff at high-growth tech firms.
- Strong finance foundation with analytical discipline and end-to-end finance ops.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration/influence.
- Operational discipline to decide quickly while maintaining high standards.
- Enthusiasm for applying AI tools (especially Claude) to finance workflows.
- Thrive in ambiguity; synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
