🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, or Finance systems
3+ years leadership/management experience
Finance domain familiarity (FP&A, controllership, or reporting)
Strong communication translating technical issues for executives
Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn) and data flows
AI/ML governance experience and data quality and lineage awareness
