- Lead Finance Systems team to architect and scale enterprise platforms (GL, Revenue, Billing).
- Partner with IT Product, Finance, RevOps, and Data to drive implementations and automation.
- Own end-to-end Finance & accounting architecture (GL, AP, AR, ARM, Leases, Inventory).
- Lead a team of finance systems engineers and admins.
- Implement SOX-ready ITGC and ITAC controls.
- Partner on cross-functional workflows (CRM, data warehouse, procurement) and AI automation.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in ERP/finance systems leadership; 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Deep knowledge of RevRec, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, Inventory, Lease Accounting, treasury & payments.
- Hands-on Netsuite OneWorld (Advanced Financials, ARM, Multibook) or Tier-1 ERP.
- Strong technical leadership delivering NetSuite solutions, automations, and integrations.
- Experience integrating Netusite with Salesforce, Coupa, Kyriba; Netsuite add-ons.
