🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years in field services/technical operations; robotics/AMR experience preferred.
  • 3+ years leading field technicians.
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatch, PM programs, and parts management.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer-facing skills, and data-driven with KPI focus.
