- Set strategic field and events direction for both business lines
- Lead a portfolio of event formats from concept to ROI analysis
- Advise executives on positioning, audience strategy, and field programs
- Continuously evaluate programs; use AI to test ideas
- Manage a complex, multi-initiative calendar and surface leadership recommendations
- Partner with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops
- Measure field ROI: pipeline, deals, and engagement
- Own and evolve our third-party event calendar across both business lines
- Travel at least once per month
π― Requirements
- 6+ years of field marketing and events experience
- Proven track record owning executive-tier programs (dinners, VIPs, conferences)
- Comfortable operating at a strategic level while staying close to execution
- Strong project management skills and calm under pressure
- Clear communicator across all levels of the organization
- Actively uses AI tools to draft briefs, analyze event data, and cut repetitive tasks
- Experience with Google Suite, SplashThat, Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot/Pardot, and virtual event platforms
- ABM, demand gen, and high-touch executive program experience is a plus
