Senior Manager, Factory Testing Engineering

📋 Description

• Architect and lead Form Energy's Factory Test Engineering & Operations organization.
• Develop and implement the roadmap for test engineering from subscale to full validation.
• Recruit, structure, and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
• Design and operate best-in-class test infrastructure supporting subscale to pack testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, design, process, and quality teams.
• Establish systems and metrics for data analysis, traceability, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Test Engineering with manufacturing and product development.
• 5+ years leading and scaling technical teams.
• Proven ability to develop, commission, and operate test facilities in manufacturing.
• Expertise in battery systems, electrical and mechanical testing, and data analytics.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, establish structure, and execute with precision.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent technical field.
