🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in facilities or workplace ops, multi-site, regulated environments.
- Proven builder of facilities processes, systems, and standards in growth environments.
- Strong financial acumen with budgets, capex, and lease economics.
- Deep knowledge of building systems, life safety, OSHA, ADA, healthcare regs.
- Hands-on while also setting strategy and structure.
- Willingness to travel to CA, NY, RI and other sites.
