- Drive openings, renovations, relocations, and emergency response with Clinical Ops, IT, Real Estate.
- Partner with Finance on budgets, capex, forecasts, lease economics.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, codes, and infection control.
π― Requirements
- 7+ years facilities in multi-site regulated environments; healthcare preferred.
- Proven builder of facilities processes and standards in growth settings.
- Strong financial acumen: budgets, capex, forecasts, lease economics.
- Deep knowledge of building systems, life safety, OSHA, ADA, and healthcare regs.
- Hands-on and strategic; collaborates across Finance, IT, Legal, Ops.
- IFMA, BOMA, PMP certifications a plus.
