  • Build and own facilities and workplace ops: policies, systems, and vendors.
  • Establish onboarding, leases, build-outs, maintenance, and life-safety processes.
  • Lead day-to-day facilities ops across corporate offices and clinics in CA, NY, RI.
  • Drive openings, renovations, relocations, and emergency response with Clinical Ops, IT, Real Estate.
  • Partner with Finance on budgets, capex, forecasts, lease economics.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, codes, and infection control.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years facilities in multi-site regulated environments; healthcare preferred.
  • Proven builder of facilities processes and standards in growth settings.
  • Strong financial acumen: budgets, capex, forecasts, lease economics.
  • Deep knowledge of building systems, life safety, OSHA, ADA, and healthcare regs.
  • Hands-on and strategic; collaborates across Finance, IT, Legal, Ops.
  • IFMA, BOMA, PMP certifications a plus.
